Tactical Combat Division

To all new members and current members, I would like to firstly thank you for your dedication, time and efforts. The following information has been provided to help all members understand, some of the fundamental principles that the TCD is built upon.

 

• All members are equal.

• Membership is free

• When a person is asked to join the TCD, It is because they have matched multiple selection criteria and they have the right attitude to be able to blend into the existing group. “ building a better online community is paramount “.

• All members must understand during clan matches, it is all about winning for the team. No point in having an awesome K/D if the team loses

• To Qualify for clan matches, a member must participate in training events! As regardless of the member’s skill, time in the clan etc it would be unfair to select that member over a member that routinely shows up to all organised events

• All members must try to participate in facebook groups. As it makes things easier to organise. As it is quiet a head fuck planning and organising clan matches across multiple time zones etc. When members do not show up and haven’t notified their Squad leader ( SL ) or Platoon leaders ( PL ) it makes everything that much harder to run and gives the TCD a higher chance of losing. We do realise that our personal lives come first to an xbox etc. So I ask please notify someone asap no reason required. It’s just to make things easier to organise and run!

• When viewing the platoon via battelog. The founders are the “ core members ”that established the TCD. Leaders are the members that have been committed and are fully processed into the TCD. General members are members that are still on the “2 months trial”. If a new member fails to meet these requirements they will be given the chance to discuss the issue and if still no improvement they will be notified and removed.

• Team killing will not be acceptable during clan battles, if the member had the intent to do so. However it is acceptable during normal gaming. Until the victim/s call enough or stop etc.

• All members must remember to act like adults

• All members please remember that there is quite a lot of effort that goes into organising matches against other clans. So please remain quiet whilst this is being done!!

 

When a new possible member has been found by any member. The new member while be on a trial basics where his or her membership will be accessed on the following

 

• Attitude

• Skills high or low

• Willingness to comply with all TCD procedures and guidelines

 

• All new members will have a 2 month trial period where they will be observed by all members

• All members will have the ability to vote on the direction for the clan ei clan battles to head too etc

• All members must share knowledge of BF4 to other members, to bring all members up to speed

• All members can develop new gaming tactics / plans

• If members have an issue with another member the issue must be dealt with and only by the parties concern. There is to be no slandering or back stabbing of other members. Directly confronting the member about the issue is not only acceptable but is encouraged. As it is not acceptable of any TCD member to act in such a way that is similar to that of a bitch. If members are found to be doing this their membership will be removed after a vote has been done by all Core members.

SL = Squad Leader

Command Wheel = In game comms for requesting orders,ammo and health ( these functions remain the same ). This is also used during clan matches

 

Need a ride = vehicle support required and is to be used by SL

 

Go Go Go = Squad is ok and objective is now secure

 

Sorry = Squad needs assistances and objective is under siege

 

Roles and responsibilities

 

SL are responsible for the following

• Squad recruitment

• Making sure all squad members are aware of battle plans and objectives to hold etc

• Squad setups

• SL to hang back to communicate intel to squad members

• SL to communicate to other SLs thru squad swap

• Use command wheel

 

 

PL are responsible for the following

• All the same SL responsibilities

• Battelog recruitment and helping new members thru the TCD enrolment

• Notifying all their direct members of updates

• Working with SLs to establish squad names

• Squad filtering and selections for attack, defence and vehicle squad

 

ApolloFlex – Designed most of the current TCD emblems, if you need help. This guy will be great for that!

 

 

Clan Battles

• Ideal 3 squads of 4 members

• All squad members must nominate a primary role and one member must be a floater role ( the only member to changes classes during a match )

• Squad Leaders are not to be recon class!!

• Each Squad must be aware of the command wheel calls thru the battle feed ei “ need a ride “ is for vehicle assistance “ go go “ is for squad ok “ sorry “ is for squad needs help and all other command wheel functions remain the same.

• Each squad member must understand their roles as it “ for the win “ for the entire clan

• Each member must know each squads objective and duties for matches ei defence squad aka alpha squad is responsible for alpha objective, attack squad aka bravo squad is responsible for bravo objective, Vehicle squad aka Charlie squad is responsible for Charlie objective and all squad should be in the same in game squads names!!

• All other vehicles for transport are to be shared between the TCD

• Each squad leader is to never setup a party chat for their squad as it creates lag

• Each squad must always leave a member on an objective when leaving to give assistance. “ never leave an objective uncontested “

• If a squad is unable to complete their assigned objective it is the duty of the squad leader to arrange a solution ei notifying the other squad and asking for assistances

• Squad leaders must not only observe their squad but other TCD squads as well and beware of changing battle situations

• TCD members must act like an adult in regards to not being selected for a clan match due to not attending training days. Also please notify platoon leaders that you are unable to attend. Always put first your personal life before xbox but let people know as people wake up early in the morning to be online to support you so show the same respect back

• The TCD clan will have associated clans where TCD members can fill in for associated clan and vice versa

 

 

Quick guidelines and procedure recap

• Destroy all Colonial Marines ( CM ) members

• During clan matches never use party chat

• 4 squad member max

• Write down time table sets

• No racist comments to other members

• Always support new members

• New members participate on online group

• Help each other

• Approx 45 TCD member cap for the TCD clan

• 15 member factions

• Learn as much as possible

• No team killing as its simply gay

• 18yrs or older unless core members have given permission

• Only be apart of one clan

• No bitching be straight up with issues

• No friending Illusionz MR at all!!!!!!!!!
